The high-performance screw tap with the newly-developed generation of shanks (a combination of polygon and straight shank (Ø M4–M12)) for versatile use with almost all machines and materials, such as conventional steels, stainless steels (e.g. V2A, V4A), titanium, heat-resistant and high-strength steels of up to 1200 N/mm² strength and casting materials. Also suitable for non-ferrous metals, such as aluminium, aluminium alloys, bronze and plastics.

Flexible use in cordless screwdrivers and hand, box column and pillar drills

The polygonal shank prevents spinning in the drill chuck, ensures optimal power transmission and protects the drill chuck from damage.

Suitable for conventional applications, such as in CNC machining centres with collets or compensation chucks

Straight shank held in place by the square mount

Can be used reliably in almost all materials

Newly developed tool geometry with reduced rake angle as well as optimised clearance angle and microgeometry

Outstanding performance

Excellent chip removal, prevents chip accumulation

Available exclusively from Würth

Product packaging made from 100 % PCR (recycled plastic from household waste) and 100 % recyclable

Notice
  • Sufficient coolant and lubricant must be added when cutting threads.
