The LIGHT soft-PVC floor marking adhesive tape with pressure-sensitive rubber adhesive allows for quick and easy marking of traffic lanes, work and safety areas, parking and storage zones, walls and edges. It enables clear orientation and increased safety, is ideally suited to frequently changing, temporarily colour-coded route markings and supports the implementation of 5S and Lean projects thanks to its high adhesive strength, resistance to abrasion and excellent conformability.
The tape is highly versatile, e.g. for temporary markings in locations such as sports halls, fairs or exhibitions, for clearly demarcating machinery and work areas, for temporarily directing traffic on construction sites and in the event of changes to production or detours, as well as for visually marking steps, ramps and edges for increased safety. It is also suitable for delineating workspaces, storage areas and traffic routes by colour, for marking storage units, shelving bays, parking spaces and picking zones, and for signage in pedestrian zones, meeting spaces and sports/leisure areas.
Thanks to its excellent adhesion on smooth surfaces such as concrete, tiling and EP, PU and MMA coatings, the LIGHT floor marking adhesive tape is ideal for short-term, frequently changed markings and flexible safety signage in a wide variety of applications.
For optimal adhesion, the substrate must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. On certain surfaces, it is recommended that butyl primer also be used - in particular on concrete, asphalt, untreated and unpainted wood and all rough and grained surfaces.
To increase adhesion and durability, the LIGHT floor marking adhesive tape should be firmly pressed into place after being applied. A press-on roller works especially well for this.
